Tracking How do I track my shipment?

Register or log in at logify.homeauto.sg. Your customer dashboard shows live shipment status: loading progress, vessel name, ETD, ETA, and delivery status. Telegram notifications are sent automatically at each milestone.

CBM What is CBM and how do I calculate it?

CBM (Cubic Metre) is the standard sea freight volume unit. Calculate it as Length × Width × Height in metres. Example: 2m × 1m × 0.5m = 1 CBM. Logify charges S$95 per CBM. Use the free CBM calculator after logging in.

Payment Can I pay via PayNow?

Yes. HomeAuto Solution accepts PayNow (UEN: 202014984H). Log in → Payments → scan the QR code to pay instantly via any Singapore bank app (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Standard Chartered, etc.).

Invoice What does the freight invoice include?

The freight invoice is a single combined charge: sea freight cost (CBM × S$95) + customs clearance fee (S$50) + 9% GST included. One invoice, one payment to HomeAuto Solution. Import GST (Singapore Customs duty on your goods) is a separate invoice.

GST What is the difference between freight GST and Import GST?

Freight GST (9%) is charged by HomeAuto Solution on their logistics service — it is included in your freight invoice and remitted to IRAS. Import GST is a separate Singapore Customs duty on the value of the imported goods — payable to Customs, not HomeAuto Solution.

Claims Can I dispose of damaged goods after filing a claim?

No. Keep the damaged goods and the original packaging until all parties — Logify and the carrier — have inspected the items and the claim has been agreed and finalized in writing. Disposing of, repairing, or altering the damaged items before final settlement voids the claim entirely — no payment will be made. Report damage within 7 days of delivery and take clear photos (overall, close-up, packaging) immediately.

GST Registration Is HomeAuto Solution GST-registered?

Yes. HomeAuto Solution is a GST-registered Singapore company with UEN: 202014984H. All freight invoices include 9% GST per IRAS regulations.

Languages What languages does Logify support?

Logify supports English, Mandarin Chinese, and Malay — the three main languages used by Singapore’s import and trading community.
