These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Logify platform and services operated by HomeAuto Solution Pte Ltd (UEN: 202014984H). By using Logify, you agree to these Terms.
Logify provides sea freight consolidation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery services from China to Singapore. Service scope, pricing, and timelines are as quoted in your freight invoice.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Freight charges are calculated based on CBM (cubic metre) volume at the prevailing rate. All invoices include 9% Singapore GST. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in storage fees or delayed release of cargo.
HomeAuto Solution's liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the value declared on the shipping instruction, capped at S$100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. See our FAQ for the claims process.
The following items may not be shipped via Logify: dangerous goods (Class 1–9 explosives, flammables, corrosives), illegal narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, perishables, live animals, and any item prohibited by Singapore Customs or Chinese export regulations.
Cancellations before cargo reaches our China warehouse are free of charge. Once cargo is received, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 14 business days minus any incurred handling or shipping costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeAuto Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Logify services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Logify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
